Flow Cytometry Services

Flow Cytometry is one of the primary tools for observing cellular properties and responses to immunological stimuli. Xeno Diagnostics offers high throughput, expert flow cytometry services for all stages of research. Our services tailor fit the assay to match your exact needs – whether it’s evaluating mechanism of action, potency, immunogenicity, or phenotyping.

Xeno Diagnostics specializes in cell-based assays. Consider pairing flow cytometric analysis with our culture assays, like the MLR, to provide greater insight into immunogenicity, mechanism of action, and bio-activity.

FAQ: Shipping and Sample Considerations
  • Does Xeno Diagnostics receive cryopreserved or fresh cells?
    • We can receive either. We have cryopreservation storage (LN2) and as culture-experts, we have the ability to culture, passage, and detach cells sent to us.
  • How should I ship my cells?
    • Standard Overnight (delivery by 10:30 AM) shipments are preferred. If shipping is estimated to take longer, please consider adding more dry ice, having courier service add dry ice, or include temperature tracking. We can also receive cryogenic dry shippers.
  • What are your receiving hours?
    • Monday through Friday. 9am – 5pm EST.
  • Does Xeno Dx offer expansion and banking services?
    • Yes, we are equiped to expand your cell lines, cyopreserve, and store the results. Our incubators, fridges, freezers, and LN2 tanks are monitored 24/7/365, and our entire facility has backup power.
  • Can Xeno Diagnostics work with whole blood?
    • Yes, we can perform whole blood assays.
  • Can Xeno Diagnostics isolate cell populations?
    • If receiving whole blood, we can perform gradient separations to isolate PBMCs. From there we can perform immunomagnetic isolations (both positive and negative) for cells of interest. Purity is assessed phenotypically.
